We were halfway through a 10 hour road trip when our ABS sensor went out on our 2010 Prius. That led to difficult braking and one side taking on the load from the failed side, and started to heat up those brakes. We pulled off the highway and started looking up the closest auto repair shop to us. Luckily, 2 miles away was Moore4Less auto. I called first to describe the issue and see if they would be able to take a look. We arrived a few minutes later and were greeted by Mike and his wife. The mechanics were coming back from lunch and immediately got to work checking out our issue. They ordered a part, got it fixed and got us back on the road 2 hours later. Excellent service and fantastic customer care. Very friendly people, they deserve the best. We are so thankful we stumbled into their shop and made it to our destination! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. AND keep in mind, this was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, so we were VERY fortunate to have broken down where we did and have these guys take care of us.

It's quite refreshing to walk into a shop and be made to feel comfortable as a woman. So many shops are so quick to take advantage of a woman but here I felt welcome. Talked me through my repairs of what was needed. Great people. Great service. Great new location!

Blew out a shock absorber driving through Knoxville.  These guys got it on the lift, diagnosed it, found a set of shocks that fit, and got me back on the road in under four hours on a Saturday afternoon for a fair price.  I would absolutely use them again!

The owner talked with me directly to get all the necessary information to best address the issues with my vehicle. He informed me of the costs and told me the expected time for pickup. Vehicle was done and ready for pick up at the estimated time. Owner greeted me and processed my payment and explained everything completed with my car. This repair shop treated me fairly and completed the repair on time. Great people to work with.

Perfect experience! Thank you all so much. Highly recommend this shop. The quote was great and at completion I was charged less than expected for a full driveshaft replacement. Service was fast, friendly and clean! This will be my vehicles new mechanic for all issues!
